Sally Gallagher was born in 1934 in Country Donegal, Ireland and lived in Partington, Greater Manchester from the mid-Fifties. She worked as a school caretaker, cleaner, shop assistant and auxiliary nurse. She took part in the Lifetimes project, in which she got to document some of her life story, along with her husband Sarse Gallagher. She also appears in the archive under the name Sally G.
